Sorry to rain on this parade, but I had a really frustrating and stressful experience with this person that ended 2 years ago. He had done some straightforward ticket work for me and I had been happy. He had asked for and I paid a full retainer fee of $1000 for the process of reducing a fine and h...elping restore a driving license for my son who had just come back from overseas to find that he had a neglected fine. This attorney spent almost an entire year with zero action and zero communications except cursory texts meant to appease, while his client (my son) was stranded in LA without a license. This attorney did not answer calls, provide any useful answers, and gave information that later proved false, in conjunction with his assistant Canella at the time, and effectively strung us along until we realized he had never done anything with the case. Eventually, we learned through another attorney that the case had reached statute of limitation and the license was restored upon request. I began the process of reporting this attorney to the Bar Assoc, but the process for doing so is long, unfortunately, and I was ready to move on. I can't believe he gets away with essentially taking money, and performing no service while clients expect results.

I received a traffic ticket for speeding by a cop known to be tough and who always shows up in court. The judge also had a reputation for being tough and often siding with the cops. But Jeff was able to get me off on technicalities. After a year of sweating it out, worrying about rising car insurance... rates, I am so relieved and greatful to have had such an experienced, competent lawyer as Jeff Jacquet fighting for me.

I have hired Jeff, embarrassed to say, for 6 different purposes. A DUI and traffic violations. Further I referred him to several of my friends. He will be my go to for any legal maters as long as he is practicing Law. The outcomes of all of my cases were more then satisfactory and I can't see my ...self using anyone else. I highly recommend him if you want to be successful in your matter.
