Parag exemplifies every quality a good lawyer should bring to the table. He was very honest, thorough, and timely while helping me deal with an accident. He never once tried to "nickel and dime" me and truly had my best interests at heart. I contacted Parag through a recommendation of a friend. Our landlord had failed to fix the water pressure in our building for over two months. Parag wrote a demand letter to said landlord demanding the issue be fixed. The issue was quickly dealt with. Parag was professional and quick to answer my qu...estions as well as very thourough.

The most important thing I can say about Parag is he is incredibly thorough and efficient. I've been in negotiations and contract revisions with business partners who have one of the "top lawyers" in LA. Parag was able to point out several of their mistakes, always had my best interests at heart, too...k the time to explain what different sections would mean to me practically. After spending several hours on the phone with opposing counsel and many emails back and forth I really appreciate Parag's efficiency. Many lawyers seem to draw things out or things are drawn out because they aren't prepared but not with Parag. He makes the most out of all the time we spent together. This is the go to guy. When I first began searching for a lawyer I first worried if I could trust getting my monies worth and a fair deal. I shopped around and in the end I was very impressed by not only what he had to offer but by his deliverance... he let you know what day things would be received... and actually delivered them well before the due date. If I ever need a lawyer again I already know where to go....

I live in a commercial loft building in Downtown LA that is a live/work space. Because it's considered a commercial space, I am not protected under LA Rent Control and the normal tenant protection one would have from renting. The owner is a multi-millionaire who hired a management that was bullying... to the residents, while unfairly increasing the rent AND not properly up-keeping the safety of the building. Parag worked with me and a group of residents from this building on this difficult tenant/landlord case that no other lawyer was willing to help me out without charging me an arm and a leg. Not only that, he was easy to talk to and was accessible to ask for advice via email, text, and phone calls. I liked his straight-forward approach in telling me the potential outcomes of situations instead of promising something he couldn't deliver. I can't recommend this lawyer enough.
