Biography
Parag L. Amin (“Parag”) founded his law firm from a deep-seated belief that entrepreneurship is the bedrock of the American dream.
His formative years were influenced by his father's journey – an immigrant from India who ventured to the United States for a better life. When his father's business faced unforeseen legal liabilities, the lack of effective legal guidance led to its eventual closure and loss of his investment. This experience deeply impacted Mr. Amin, becoming the driving force behind his decision to become a lawyer and committing himself to shielding others from business injustices that could shatter family legacies.
As a litigator and trial attorney, Parag has successfully saved and recovered over $280M for his clients. He has represented public figures, small business owners, and individuals in a variety of matters. His work has led to features in the media including ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC and KTLA, as well as quotes in publications such as the L.A. Times, L.A. Weekly, and Rolling Stone Magazine. For 2026, he is once again being recognized with the prestigious Rising Star designation by Super Lawyers — marking his tenth consecutive year (2017–2026) receiving this honor. Parag takes pride in his Indian heritage and has served clients who are based out of state and sometimes out of country (e.g. India) and who seek an Indian lawyer in California or Los Angeles who can speak Gujarati and/or Hindi.
Parag earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law, which he attended on a partial academic scholarship. Parag earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park.
