It was awsome to watch Catherine as she worked out in her mind the facts, offered truthfully, the defense for what could have been trajic for our company. She was defending one of our drivers, and was able to define that the driver had no malice aforethought, or intent to commit a crime, while simply... performing her duties as a bus driver. After about a 10 minute conultation, Catherine came back with a deal frm the D.A.'s office, that even required after decision remarks from the Deputy D.A., as to what she had accomplished. If you have the privilege of being represented by this firebrand attorney, ( I don't like attorneys on the whole.) run to this incredible standout, who really cares and will do the best job for you, if you allow her to do her work.
