About me

Jack has more than 38 years of experience dealing with complex business litigation, including class actions.  Jack has worked in private practice in premier downtown law firms. Jack's work has earned him recognition as a Southern California Super Lawyer for Business Litigation in the 2006 publication Super Lawyers.


Jack  has also managed outside counsel as a senior counsel at two major corporations in a wide range of cases including class actions. 


Jack is working full-time as an arbitrator, mediator and litigation consultant.  Sometimes it helps to get a second opinion from an expereinced commercial litigator who thoroughly understands complex theories of liability and damage calculations. 


Jack is also availble to tesitfy as an expert witness with respect to complex business litigation issues.
