Richardson Buchanan, PC was formed to focus on the practice of law, rather than the business of law.  Clients do not benefit when the expensive overhead of a law firm's downtown offices and large staffs are built into the fees, nor when teams of associates are assigned to a case in order to get training and fulfill their hourly budgets.  Richardson Buchanan, PC is located outside of the downtown core, and uses available technology as support rather than expensive staff, allowing the firm to keep its rates competitive, and provide services based solely upon the clients' needs rather than a firm's billable hour expectations.  Richardson Buchanan, PC and its two partners have experience representing clients in chapters 7, 9, 11, 12 and 13, although the firm's focus is chapter 11 representations (debtors, creditors and committees).
