For more than 40 years, I have focused my practice in the areas of business reorganization, corporate insolvency, commercial and bankruptcy litigation, as well as the acquisition of assets and businesses in bankruptcy court and out-of-court workouts. I have served as lead counsel for debtors, creditors (secured and unsecured), creditors’ committees and purchasers in the bankruptcy, restructuring and liquidation of companies.
