I have been through an insurance nightmare with my house that was destroyed in a fire years ago and two horrible lawyers who mishandled my bad Faith Insurance case that was significant. One has since been suspended. Their actions buried the lawsuit when my insurance company actually flew people in pr...epared to offer a significant settlement at mediation. I called Dale on Christmas Eve and he actually picked up the call and spent over a half an hour talking to me. After hearing very specific facts, he was the only one patient and bright enough to see that there is a possibility of still recovering money from my insurance company to enable me to rebuild my house after years of it sitting burned out. I had contacted over a hundred lawyers, bar associations, referral services, etc. trying to get help and Dale is the first one who gave me hope and had the insight and experience to see past what other lawyers couldn't. I look forward to working with him as soon as he returns from his Christmas Vacation and ending this nightmare I have been through.
