Great firm for hard real estate cases
These are great attorneys specially if you have complex real estate case. They handle real estate and business lawsuits. My case was Purchase of a business with real estate for the business. I had issues with the bank too that financed the transaction. Happy it is over now and I had a great representation.

Professional and caring attorneys.
Shab is the best lawyer. I am a business owner and few years back, I was sued by an employee who died when he was behind a truck and the loading area. I got a WC claim and also got sued for $500,000. I had an attorney first who basically told me that it was hopeless. I am glad I did not give up and kept looking for a new lawyer. A friend of mine referred me to Shab. He took the case and started asking questions and looked into the case. He did not give up and found enough evidence that made my case better. The details and legalese aside, Shab settled the case for a fraction. Shab saved my business. If I had not changed to him, I would have been bankrupt. I am not sure how I would have survived. Big thanks to Shab for great work. This is a great firm. They care.

Wonderful Attorney. Great at his job.
This is a wonderful attorney. He was nice and explained the process to me, but professional and firm with the opposing side. One thing that I liked was that I could tell he cared about the case, and was on top of what needed to be done.

Great Lawyers. Excellent Real Estate Lawyers.
Great lawyers. They helped with my situation. I had a problem with the city. The city cited me and they kept adding penalties to my tax bill. This firm filed a federal lawsuit for me, and the city finally started listening to our case. We had a mediation and we finally could explain our case. We were able to reach an agreement, and I was happy the lawsuit was over. It was my first lawsuit and it was nothing I experienced before. But the attorneys explained the case to me and they were proactive with the case. They were always talking to us about what is next and what steps we are to take to set the case up for future hearings. This firm was referred to me through a person I knew from church.

I recommend them/quality attorneys
I had a case with this firm and they handled the case aggressively and with great attention and devotion. Because they were aggressive and on top of the case, the city came to us and settled the case few days before trial was to start. They knew we were ready to take the case to trial. I highly recommend them.

I was happy to have my case settled
I entered into a contract for the purchase of a property and the seller changed his mind. He did not want to sell. He just said that he did not want to sell and that we should get our deposit and cancel escrow. I contacted Mr. Kerendian and he explained my rights. He explained that because a real estate was involved, the court could order him and that the contract let us collect our legal fees. I hired him to do the work for me, and he was always available to answer my questions, and returned my calls. After few letters and discussions my lawyers had with the other side, they realized my attorney means business and although the seller delayed as much as he could, the case was resolved and I got the property. I was very happy with my attorneys and I recommend them.
