Roy Aviram

Roy Aviram is the founding partner and lead trial attorney at Aviram Law. Roy attended Pepperdine University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree and Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the world-renowned Straus Institute. Prior to that, Roy earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Roy also worked as a Judicial Extern with the San Luis Obispo County Superior Court for the Honorable Charles S. Crandall. Prior to that, Roy was the Vice President of a Southern California company.

The devotion Roy has to the law can easily be traced back to the dedication he applies to all his pursuits. He graduated his undergraduate cum laude, and during his studies for a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Roy was voted as the most likely to become a professional negotiator and most competitive negotiation opponent. He is fearless trial attorney and uses these skills at Aviram Law to fight for his clients’ rights.

Roy comes with years of experience in Personal Injury handling all aspects of personal injury cases including but not limited to auto accidents, premises liability, slip and falls, dog bites, wrongful death, and truck accidents. He has worked at some of the top law firms in California and has litigated complex injury cases, recovering millions of dollars for his clients.

Roy is proficient in Spanish and fluent in Hebrew with experience in public speaking and business development. When he isn’t fighting for justice, Roy enjoys watching and playing sports, traveling and hiking.
