Patrick DeCarolis is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous and ethical lawyers I have ever encountered. Chose this lawyer and made clear this was an emergency situation. Decarolis has been unresponsive, does not return phone calls, does not utilize key information in court (court records will prove this), and has not shown clearly perjured testimony from opposing party to help my case. I have consult...ed with several lawyers and all have agreed best efforts have not been made. As a result, what was supposed to be a fairly simple case has dragged on for two years, and my ex has been able to dispose of my assets.
