Swift, Loyal, Gets the Job Done!

Although my actual divorce dragged on for over 3 years, it was by no fault of Mr. DeCarolis. I was in a terrible and complicated situation with my ex husband. Mr. DeCarolis and his team were 100% available. I had absolutely no clue where to start with the proceedings. Mr. DeCarolis was patient, a...nd extremely helpful. I didn't need hand holding, but I needed easy to understand explanations, and that's exactly what I got. When it came time to get an order for support, Mr. DeCarolis wasted no time and got me the highest amount possible (less than 5 months!). I was expecting Mr. DeCarolis to be smart and assertive because I knew I needed that for my case, and he came highly recommended from another lawyer. What I was not expecting, was the care and personal attention that Mr. DeCarolis and his team provided..a great combination for anyone who wants the very best.

Overpromised, undelivers

Chose this lawyer and made clear this was an emergency situation. Decarolis has been unresponsive, does not return phone calls, does not utilize key information in court (court records will prove this), and has not shown clearly perjured testimony from opposing party to help my case. I have consult...ed with several lawyers and all have agreed best efforts have not been made. As a result, what was supposed to be a fairly simple case has dragged on for two years, and my ex has been able to dispose of my assets.
