Great Lawyer, nice person

Patrick Decarolis represented me in a high conflict family court matter. He was thorough and professional. He guided me through the stressful maze of family court litigation to an effective and successful resolution for our family conflicts. Patrick is someone I trust.

A difficult case

Going into this I was told by attorneys and mediation judges that it was a difficult case, and that I have a lot to lose. Patrick was amazing. We went to trial, and at the end, I lost nothing, which made me a winner. I would highly recommend Patrick.

Knowledgeable, Professional, Courteous, and Ethical!

Patrick DeCarolis is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous and ethical lawyers I have ever encountered. His priority first and foremost are his clients and he does all that he can to assure the best outcome. I was referred to Patrick through a lawyer friend who had a winning outcome.... My first thought was that if a lawyer hired him for his personal case then he must be an exceptional lawyer. From the first time I walked into his office I felt a sense of welcome and ease. He sat down with me and really took the time to hear my story and understand it, something pivotal to my complicated case. He did not rush me and in the end made the decision to take my case in which I am very grateful for. Clarissa Lopez was also assigned to my case in addition to Patrick working on it. She was very knowledgeable and was always one step ahead of opposing counsel. I had previously interviewed many lawyers, and also had other lawyers work on my case but upon landing at Mr. DeCarolis' office, I knew he would be the one to get me the best outcome and actually finish my case. Despite the distance from my home in Orange County, I knew the commute would be well worth it. My case had been ongoing for 6 years and was cause of turmoil in my life. Patrick DeCarolis and Clarissa helped close the case in under 6 months by making swift and appropriate decisions and approaching the opposing party from an angle that had not been considered before. I am grateful that I can move forward in my life. I only wish there were more lawyers like Patrick and Clarissa to better the world. I will forever be grateful to both of them!
