I can only give five stars on this app I want to give her 10 Stars. My case was supposed to be quick but it took two years because my spouse was being unreasonable. Anyone who has been thru the painful experience of a divorce understands that in this highly emotional state it is quite difficult to make life-altering decisions. I was fortunate to have had Latanya represent me. She guided me thru the legal process and proved to be trustworthy and competent. Sh...e had no issue going head to head with an ex, who insisted on spending two years of our life in court. Latanya put me at ease by the simple fact that she used her knowledge and willful determination to ask the court to look at what was in the best interest of my son and I. I've had a few attorneys in my lifetime and she is by far the one attorney I felt 'cared' for my cause and was on my side. Latanya Sewell worked with me to regain custody of my daughter. She filed an ex parte motion with the court that was written so beautifully it would have made you cry. Well, it made my ex cry so hard he decided to settle. Everything was over so fast. So I'm on the fence about what exactly it is like to do& have been searching for lawyer just to get some basic information. Everyone I tried claimed to offer free consultation but in actuality I had to pay them first before I could get any advice. I called Ms. Sewell & she was unavailable at time but... she returned my call within the hour. She was very kind & knowledgeable. Was not in rush & gave me very sound information and options to consider for free. She spent like 20 minutes to half an hour speaking to me. When I decide to go to proceed I definitely see Ms. Sewell in my corner.
