You may think handling a probate is the simplest and easiest thing to deal with. Not when the relatives are leaving in 3 different countries (US, Austria, Romania). And not when a cousin cheated the whole family. Justin managed the case in excellent, genius way and he had in each complicated situ...ation a brilliant strategy. I was impressed how quickly I received all the updates and how quickly we managed the availability even we had 9 hour time difference. I was an heir to my late Uncle’s trust fund. The trustee he appointed decided she could interpret his will and trust fund instructions to benefit herself. She refused to release my inheritance more then one year after his death. I contacted and interviewed at least ten attorneys to defend me. Most... of these attorneys wanted $20,000 retainer, the ones that did not wanted 25% of my inheritance to take the case and 50% after the first hearing. Then I interviewed Justin Gordon. The trustee had to pay her attorney ( who had promised her the moon) to lose. My son hired Justin and he too received his full inheritance. Again the trustee had to pay her attorney to lose. Honestly I did not have a high opinion of attorneys. Now I do, Justin has my respect and my gratitude for life. I absolutely know I would not have received my inheritance without an attorney but with Justin I also did not have to spend half of it just to get it. He is professional, honest and kind.
