Knowledgeable and professional!

I was referred to Joshua for a wrongful termination. I was very nervous when I first met him but, his pleasant attitude quickly put me at ease. I felt relieved when he took my case and fought to bring it to an exceptional resolution! He is very knowledgeable, professional and considerate. I really l...iked that he was upfront and honest from the beginning, which is why I hired him. He was genuinely interested in me and my case. Always kept me informed about the progression of the case and its value. I definitely recommend Joshua to anyone who is in search of a professional and experienced attorney who will fight for them and their rights.

Very knowledgeable, professional and experienced the attorney

Joshua handled my troublesome wrongful termination case from the beginning and brought it to an amicable resolution without the need for litigation. He is an excellent attorney, he is very knowledgeable, experience and cares about his clients The difference between Joshua and other attorneys is th...at Joshua actually listens, pays attention to and cares about you and the predicament you are in. He is genuinely interested in making sure Justice is served. My case was very convoluted with thousands of pages of documents. Nobody could understand what the underlying problem was with my employer. However, after quickly reviewing my documents and having a meeting with me, Joshua knew every detail about my case including the wrongful actions of my employer. I was very impressed because nobody else could understand the wrongful actions of my employer. He was very upfront and honest from the beginning and was genuinely interested in me, what I wanted out of the case and about settling the case. He was very quick to identify potential conflicts in my case and quickly came up with a cost-efficient and time efficient strategy to resolve my case, which he did . I would recommend Joshua to any friend or family member. He is a very ethical and knowledgeable attorney and will ensure that you will not be pushed around or played it around with. Danny Vafa
