I don't usually post reviews, but John definitely deserves a 5-star. My family immigration history isn't quite as straightforward as most others', so I came to John earlier this year for a consultation regarding my citizenship process. Since the very beginning of the citizenship journey, John has bee...n immensely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. In addition to being a great lawyer professionally, he is an incredible person with a big heart and strong passion for helping people. Due to the success of my first case, he is my lawyer of choice for my second family case coming up as well. John, once again, I couldn't thank you enough for everything! I found John after first my first time L-1 visa application failed with an attorney with a "big office", many people work for him! But big attorney doesn't always work out if they don't give you their attention. My first time L-1 visa application was totally a disaster, the attorney himself told me ...while getting my business that he would take care of it himself. After I paid, he assigned me to his assistant, and his assistant sent me all those "templates" and I believe most of their application docs were just templates by changing applicant's name... and with lots of mistakes!!! And of course that didn't work out. And I feel so luck to find John after the first time failure. He patiently listened to me, what happened, and he spent hours over the phone with me to dig out more info from me and the work&company I'm in. After I decided to go with John, he even personally drove all the way to meet me from LA to orange county, and spent hours knowing me, knowing my company and the operation. What can you expect more from an attorney who really cares about his client. It's not a simple client-attorney relationship, he treats me as friend! I worked with him for my 2nd time try on the L-1 visa application, and I can tell he's totally on it! We would even have phone call at 10 or 11PM at night because of the urgency of my case! And he would work even during weekend to get the process going faster. And from the application letter, I can tell he's really putting a lot of energy and attention to the case, and the letter is definitely NOT template like my previous attorney did. He wrote application letter based on the in depth understanding of my situation by hours of talking over phone, meeting, and emails. I'm really really happy that my L-1 application got approved with the help of John. I sincerely write up this review to express my great appreciation to John. John might not own the biggest law office, but John is truly a extremely excellent and great lawyer! I had a hard time receiving my working authorization and I found John and emailed him, was not expected to get a response so quick (I contacted 4 other attorneys previously, and non of them was as patient as John).
