Biography
Hasti Daneshvar is the founder of Daneshvar Law, a Los Angeles practice serving businesses and individuals across personal injury, business, and employment matters. Nearly two decades in, she's learned that the strongest legal position isn't just about knowing the law — it's about seeing what others miss.
Hasti began her career as a plaintiff-side employment litigator at Keith A. Fink & Associates, representing employees in wage-and-hour, wrongful-termination, harassment, and discrimination matters, including contributing to the American Apparel labor and employment litigation. That experience gave her firsthand insight into how workplace disputes develop, where employers become vulnerable, and how seemingly minor decisions can grow into consequential claims.
In 2009, she founded Daneshvar Law to provide clients with direct, personal legal counsel. Her practice includes representing individuals in personal-injury matters — including auto accident, slip and fall, and dog bite cases — as well as advising businesses and employers on formation, contracts, employment law, and workplace disputes, with particular experience representing salons and other consumer-facing businesses.
Hasti is also the founder of Fox Intel, an investigations and open-source intelligence venture created to bring greater clarity to complex questions. Fox Intel uses lawful digital research and publicly available information to identify connections, verify facts, assess risk, and uncover details that conventional research may overlook. Its purpose is not simply to gather information, but to place that information in context and transform it into useful intelligence for legal, business, and investigative decision-making.
