After a close relative passed away, I needed a probate lawyer who I could trust and be comfortable with. Since I live in Canada, I was not familiar at all with California’s legal system. Mr. Ginzburg and his partner Yasha were recommended to me by a long time friend who used their services in the past for an unrelated event. I was skeptical at first because I had already received so many "opinions" and "promises" and "guarantees"; the only thing promised or guaranteed was that he wou...ld do the "best in [his] ability" to minimize the damages and "clean up" an already bad situation. Well, he did go above and beyond that! And I'm not just talking about once, but twice! Me, being the "prone to have bad things happen" kind of guy, got in trouble again while on probation for my first DUI. At that point, there really was no salvation and I should have gotten the book thrown at me, and well deserved I might add; however, Mr. Ginzburg really has friends in high places (Angels) and my prayers were answered! I'm not saying I didn't get any jail time or have to endure some penalties, because I did, but the penalties and jail time were at the utmost minimal allowed. I think even less than allowed! Now that I am on my last leg and with no more room for error, I can only say THANK YOU to Alex and his team because I would not be driving right now had it not been for him. I am extremely grateful for all the help and assistance and I definitely got my monies' worth. Any time someone: friend, family member, friend of a friend, or even strangers talk about how they need an Attorney, I immediately pull out my iPhone and give them his contact information because I know I was fortunate to have his information given to me. It's not what you know, it's who you know in this world.
