Gave me my life back
I found myself in a very complex and ambiguous tax situation involving offshore gambling accounts, and improperly reported crypto transactions. After realizing these errors, I was mortified. My anxiety was debilitating, and other attorneys I consulted employed scare tactics to try and commit me to effectively hand over a blank check with unbounded scope of work. That all changed when I consulted with Zaher Fallahi. From our first meeting I could tell that he was a man of great integrity. He was very upfront with areas that he was knowledgeable and areas that he would need to either research or consult colleagues of his own. Because my case covered so many areas that he was less familiar with, he was the first to propose setting aside a fixed amount of time for research, and present various legal options at the end of the research milestone to try and minimize scope and costs. He was the first attorney that proactively advocated for my position and interests versus other attorneys that I consulted that would effectively have me take the default IRS position because it made their lives easier and would result in more legal fees due to a longer drawn-out process. It has been over a year now since we’ve completed our contract. My mental health as a result has completely recovered, and I am getting to live my life again. I am incredibly grateful to Zaher for guiding me through such a grueling process.
