After working for the IRS for 9 years as a Revenue Agent, I've spent the past 14 years representing individuals and businesses before the IRS, FTB, BOE and EDD in matters regarding civil and criminal tax disputes. With these 23 years of experence, I know how the tax agencies work and how to resolve tax problems. My fees are competitve and I'm willing to work with my clients regarding payment.
