Philip John Hoskins

I have served the community in the practice of law for over 30 years. In that time I have worked for the U.S. Department of Justice, managed the largest multiple-office law firm in California and handled delicate and difficult legal matters for thousands of clients. I have taught law school and other attorneys, written books and lead workshops on many topics. The law is a love affair for me. It is a sacred trust between the client and attorney that I respect and am committed to uphold.

My philosophy is that an attorney should serve his client and the community. I believe that the best solution is one agreed to by the parties themselves. It is, however, sometimes necessary to aggressively litigate a matter that cannot be solved by fair minded negotiations.
