Settled my PI case without my permission
Payam Kashani also know as Payton Kashani settled my personal injury case when I specifically asked him not to. When I confronted him about it he denied it and then stopped returning my phone calls. Furthermore, I have yet to receive any part of the proceeds that came from the settlement.

In November I was working at a law firm as an associate and did not have contact with clients. Since have left the firm I have had no clients named Meredith. There a few attorney's with a similar last name so I can understand the confusion. I ensure you I hold myself to the highest ethical standards and make myself constantly available to my clients.
