AWFUL LAW FIRM
I had my accident over 2 years ago. My chiropractor and I still haven't received anything from Kashani for our settlement fee. Everything has been turned in within a month after the accident and now the law firm has been ignoring my calls. Please do yourself a favor and not deal with these people.

Payton Kashani handled my PI case and was very reassuring and understanding. However there was a huge delay in comminication between him myself and his staff. Although he was kind I would probably go with or recommend that this attorney that answers his clients more promptly.

Do not Recommend
I was driving when another car made a left hand turn and crashed into me. I got a sprained wrist. Mr. kashani was helpful at the beginning but then stopped returning my calls. I then found out he settled my case.

Replied last November 11, 2015Hello Kacy, Unfortunately we have no clients by that name so our firm is inclined to believe you have reviewed the wrong firm. There are a few other attorney's with similar last names so it is understandable. Further, its highly unlikely any attorney would settle your case without your permission as it is strongly unethical and cause for disbarment. If this did happen to you then I would recommend reporting this attorney to the State Bar. Best regards.
