Kept security Deposit
I hired Elizabeth Molayem to handle my landlord tenant case. She kept the security deposit after the case was settled. I have been trying to contact her for months to no avail.

Replied last February 29, 2016I have never been asked by a client to retrieve a security deposit, nor have I ever withheld any funds from a client. During the time I have been a licensed attorney I have worked exclusively with one company which I still maintain a great relationship with and have had no complaints whatsoever of this nature. Avvo recently deleted an almost identical review with the same allegations because they found it as more likely than not to be false. I would appreciate it if you would delete your review since it does harm me and my reputation as an attorney.
