Biography
I have had the good fortune to have worked with some of the nation's finest civil litigators and trial attorneys, including Steve Berman, David Boies, Joe Jamail, Mark Wawro, Neil Manne, Steve Berman, and Bill Shernoff. I now use this experience to represent plaintiffs in civil lawsuits.
Much of my practice is devoted to representing policyholders (including homeowners, property owners, business owners, and homeowners' associatoins) against insurance companies in coverage disputes, bad-faith lawsuits, and class actions. I also represent plaintiffs in other civil disputes, including consumer class actions, employment disputes, and business disputes.
I do not just litigate cases. I try them. And in addition to trying cases that I have litigated myself, other lawyers ask me to try cases that they have been litigating but have been unable to settle.
