Christopher Scott Hameetman

I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Hameetman on a complicated real estate matter and was extraordinarily impressed. One would rightly expect a high degree of legal knowledge from any attorney's area of expertise, but what impressed me was the depth of Mr. Hameetman's understanding of the deal fr...om a business perspective (which I find lacking in far too many attorneys). He remained focused on accomplishing the deal and was creative and innovative in finding solutions. Others, I have found, are more interested in creating roadblocks and reasons why NOT to move forward. And so, while all the appropriate cautions and potential pitfalls were discussed, the ability to triumph over adversity (and not just the ability to say "watch out!") is my true measure of excellence -- as to which, I am delighted to share, Mr. Hameetman has no equal.
