Highly skilled and principled!!!!!

Amazing!!!! He is a gentleman, highly skilled and principled !! When no one else was there -he was!! I am forever grateful and in awe of his legal acumen. Trust he is a real stand out in a sea of legal counsel that are quite frankly RUDE . Thank you and God bless alwaysllll

Posted by Vee | January 09, 2019 | Hired Attorney | Child Custody

He's one of a few attorneys, who caused me to lose trust in attorneys altogether.

I hired Chandler Parker in 2015 for a couple different matters, one being a trust matter. However I explained to him, that I had a DCFS case where my 8 & 11 year old daughters were ripped away from me, without an arrest or charge or valid DCFS case. I explained to him that the paternal family had con...nections with social workers and changed custody info fraudulently through the system, in order to reduce the child support order to $0/monthly, without having a court hearing. So a worker left a complaint made by the paternal family open, rather than indicating a inconclusive or substantiated outcome. This caused a second worker to mistakenly take custody of my kids, since she saw the case as pending. However I explained to Chandler that, not only did she take my kids per an actual closed investigation, but she petitioned the courts after 72 hours and she did not submit a supportive police or school report; in fact she wrote pending report, however the police report contradicted the worker's report, because the police called DCFS for assistance, not to have my kids taken. I told Chandler that I hadn't seen my girls in months & I raised them alone for a decade and I was very depressed. He assured me that what I'm saying isn't correct and in his words, stated that a parent always has a chance of reunification. I told him, that based off of a mistake, the Judge sent my kids to a different state for two months (the original false complaint was for verbal abuse). I explained to him that the investigation was found inconclusive, however if found substantiated, which would've been the worst outcome.... even that wouldn't have caused a removal from my home. I told him that because of my intelligence the attorneys have been bluntly honest and told me, that due to their mistakes, the only way to avoid liability is to take my full parental rights away. I paid Chandler and asked him to sue. Not for monetary, whatever but just to let them know that I will go to the extent to sign a conteact saying I won't pursue monetary civil actions. There were numerous mistakes and rights violations with my case but I was desperate for my girls. I'm all they knew, so I knew they weren't safe, because it was a gamble, since they were with people who didn't care for them. The social workers involved were incompetent. I mean our family had a case at a sister court & the County had a lawsuit against the father, who was their own case and chief. They didn't even have jurisdiction & contacted the father who abandoned my kids a decade prior, to INTENTIONALLY PERJUR and made him & his than wife, who hates me "Case In Chief." After police report contradicted DCFS, they got rid of the case altogether, and awarded full legal and physical custody to their father, using perjured testimony with no truth (like I give my kids milk when they're lactose intolerant & have them around dogs, when they're allergic. 1). Neither party was in our life & 2). My kids are not lactose intolerant & love milk & have never been allergic to dogs. So I hired him to work that case, because I didn't want to start a trust if my kids would not have access to it. I was real confident that Chandler would at least provide me with understanding, however he left me more confused. Right from the beginning the court room acted childish (they were upset because I wasn't taking their legal kidnapping without A fight); so the door had a note on it, saying only the attorney can go in. He looked at me strange and went in but I'm thinking he was going to take me in afterwards. After he came out, he gave me this look, telling me they don't like me in there.... however if someone kidnapped their children something tells me, they wouldn't be ecstatic about it. Ok... after that....Chandler couldn't/didnt speak to me regarding anything having to do with the matter. Like as if he was given a gag order. He contacted me for partial refund, when clearly he was not about to assist me properly regarding my matter.

Chandler is a great guy and will fight till the end for you!!

My experience with chandler Parker has been one of the best experiences I've had with a lawyer, point blank. Because of his age I was hesitant at first, but when we went into the courtroom for my preliminary he proved to me how aggressive he could be and that he would be the lawyer to take no prisone...rs. Nowadays with lawyers you can never really tell if they have your best interest at heart, only that they're willing to take your money. But Mr. Parker proved me wrong. He's young, smart, tenacious and a hard worker and that to me says a lot. I would not want to be on the opposite side of the courtroom of him in the future.
