Unprofessional and Unresponsive
In my experience, Sunit is unresponsive and unprofessional. I felt as if he gave the bare minimum attention possible to my case. When pushed for any effort - he aggressively screamed at me over the phone. He will do the bare minimum, and will ignore you/refuse to help when your case goes awry. ...
