Excellence, passion, diligence
Probably one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with. He really is a godsend. Originally, I had an older lawyer, and he was not doing a good job at all. Three years in court with no results. I fired him and Hired Richard. In less than a year Richard got the 4 unit apartment building transferred into my name that my mother had left me in her will. He really took it to the opposing council at trial. We are waiting for the Judge's decision now. I feel optimistic about the outcome. So glad he was recommended to me. He is worth every penny

Objective, Reasonable, Calm, and Seasoned. Highly Recommended!!
I was referred to Richard by my mother’s previous attorney. When I called him, I needed a legal guardian for my elderly mother to make sure another family member was not pressuring her to do anything against her will. She needed objective legal advice and Richard provided her with that. We came to Richard in a time of emotional upheaval within our family. He explained everything to my mother in calm manner and took care of all the tedious work we just couldn’t handle. He made sure that my mother’s best interest was the focus of every document that came our way. These situations can surely be a nightmare—having your family squabble over their own agenda can be devastating. It is important to have someone like Richard to ease your anxiety. He is a very seasoned, experienced attorney with a calming personality and an ability to disarm even the most difficult of characters. Thank you Richard!!

Richard was able to work with my brother and I during a conservatorship proceeding regarding my mother. We were at conflict with her second husband. Richard was able to deal with my brother and I as we got emotional during the negotiations before we went to court. He helped us come to an agreement that was agreed to by both parties before the courts were involved. Richard also really seemed to be cognizant of the cost and in my opinion tried to keep it as low as he could for us. This was appreciated.

Expert advocate
In dealing with the loss of a loved one and disputes related to their estate, emotions and tempers can fly high. Having a wise, even-keeled and kind expert in your corner is paramount. Richard Conn is this expert. I consulted with several probate litigators before hiring Richard. What I found very appealing about Richard's approach was his personable, mild demeanor and fair assessment of the situation posed. He presented to our initial consultation with preparadness and attentiveness. He did not paint a rosy picture like the prior lawyers I consulted with. He did not over-promise results. Yet his mastery of the field, his forthrightness in disclosing his limitations in a particular area, and his realistic illustration of my case prevailed over any hesitations I had about initiating the (litigation) process. The process at times was frustrating and unnerving. I experienced emotional setbacks. I lost hope. Richard remained centered and calm and steered me back. When I was flustered with minutia, he remained unruffled and focused on the big picture. He was extremely responsive and informative. While he didn't convince me to stay the course, he did breath a sense of confidence back into me. I stayed the course. In the end, Richard under-promised and over-delivered. His temperament was so aligned with what my spirit needed and with what the situation demanded that I had no qualms about confronting my adversarial and contentious opposing party with confidence. With his extreme preparedness and unquestionable expertise, he was the best advocate I could have asked for and my matter resolved more favorably than I hoped.

Very satisfied
Richard was given a difficult task with a short window of time. He was very responsive both nights and weekends including Sundays. He did a excellent job and finished a day early.

Great results in a difficult case
Richard is extremely knowledgable and sophisticated in developing a strategy to get a case resolved favourably for his clients. He navigated a very complicated case for us very expertly with better than hoped for results.

Expert trial counsel
Richard was retained to defend me and my firm in a professional malpractice action. He did a superb job in digesting the facts of the cases at issue (nearly seven years of litigation in multiple actions) and kept me well informed at every stage of the process. He was always calm and thoughtful in making decisions about how to present the case, not the kind of frenetic lawyer just "does everything" and overlawyers for the sake of being thorough. I had complete confidence as we approached trial that my lawyer knew exactly what to do. I discovered that I did not just have a lawyer, but a confidant whose wise advice I came to value during the process. All of his instincts were spot-on. Richard achieved a big win for us - a complete exoneration, an order to the plaintiff to pay the outstanding legal fees, and an order piercing the corporate veil against the plaintiff's owner as an individual to pay the fees.

An Excellent Attorney
Mr. Conn is very knowledgeble, professional, articulate, and is very personable. He was always truthful about my legal circumstance and did not evade questions or color the problem which I greatly appreciated. I was very glad that he took care of my legal matters and represented me in court. I would definitely seek his assistance again if it was required.

I highly recommend Richard Conn he is intelligent, experienced, responsive and knows his way around a courtroom
Mr. Conn has been working on my Probate case for 2 years. He has proven himself more than capable at every turn of events in this case. He is just as comfortable and proficient in court as he is in his office preparing court filings. He is a master "word smith" with his pleadings, able to capture exactly what has happened and what he wants the court to understand about the case in succinct and brief form. He also has a great sense of humor and is always a pleasure to talk to. If you are looking for a lawyer who is knowledgeable, honest, tells you what he really thinks and gives the case his full attention, then Richard Conn is your man.
