Excellence, passion, diligence

Probably one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with. He really is a godsend. Originally, I had an older lawyer, and he was not doing a good job at all. Three years in court with no results. I fired him and Hired Richard. In less than a year Richard got the 4 unit apartment building tr...ansferred into my name that my mother had left me in her will. He really took it to the opposing council at trial. We are waiting for the Judge's decision now. I feel optimistic about the outcome. So glad he was recommended to me. He is worth every penny

Expert advocate

In dealing with the loss of a loved one and disputes related to their estate, emotions and tempers can fly high. Having a wise, even-keeled and kind expert in your corner is paramount. Richard Conn is this expert. I consulted with several probate litigators before hiring Richard. What I found... very appealing about Richard's approach was his personable, mild demeanor and fair assessment of the situation posed. He presented to our initial consultation with preparadness and attentiveness. He did not paint a rosy picture like the prior lawyers I consulted with. He did not over-promise results. Yet his mastery of the field, his forthrightness in disclosing his limitations in a particular area, and his realistic illustration of my case prevailed over any hesitations I had about initiating the (litigation) process. The process at times was frustrating and unnerving. I experienced emotional setbacks. I lost hope. Richard remained centered and calm and steered me back. When I was flustered with minutia, he remained unruffled and focused on the big picture. He was extremely responsive and informative. While he didn't convince me to stay the course, he did breath a sense of confidence back into me. I stayed the course. In the end, Richard under-promised and over-delivered. His temperament was so aligned with what my spirit needed and with what the situation demanded that I had no qualms about confronting my adversarial and contentious opposing party with confidence. With his extreme preparedness and unquestionable expertise, he was the best advocate I could have asked for and my matter resolved more favorably than I hoped.

I highly recommend Richard Conn he is intelligent, experienced, responsive and knows his way around a courtroom

Mr. Conn has been working on my Probate case for 2 years. He has proven himself more than capable at every turn of events in this case. He is just as comfortable and proficient in court as he is in his office preparing court filings. He is a master "word smith" with his pleadings, able to capture ...exactly what has happened and what he wants the court to understand about the case in succinct and brief form. He also has a great sense of humor and is always a pleasure to talk to. If you are looking for a lawyer who is knowledgeable, honest, tells you what he really thinks and gives the case his full attention, then Richard Conn is your man.
