Biography
My practice is entirely focused on the representation of the long term care industry. I have represented long term care providers in California in over 800 civil actions, including lawsuits against skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, in-home health providers, residential care facilities for the elderly, hospice care providers and retirement hotels. I counsel clients on risk management both to prevent lawsuits from being filed and to allow facilities to better defend themselves when sued, and on the importance of compliance with Title 22 and OBRA as those regulations impact civil lawsuits and his clients' contacts with state and federal have extensive trial experience in both the state and federal courts.
