Jack, as he is called, was unprepared and eaten alive in the trial. We lost due to his lack of preparation and knowledge on a personal injury case. My case, as I was told, was a slam dunk. So, he took it on contingency which means if we win he gets a percentage and if we lose he has to pay the cost.... Well, we lost and he fought not to pay the bill for years. The doctor who ruined me, had a superb fast talking attorney who convinced the jury that paying money to me would increase their insurance rates. Jack was horrible in trial and he just tried to wing it. Also, he did not suggest some of the tests that should have been performed prior to trial which would have added support to my medical case, ability to pay the bills and loss of insurance. I was rendered unable to have children due to doctor negligence along with many other permanent life problems after a five week stay in the hospital and near death. The trial was an abomination due to John A Girardi.
