He had helped me with my hopeless immigration situation and helped me all the way to Citizenship. I definitely recommend him. I am a former client of Mr. Sarin. I can honestly say that I appreciate him for his help and the work he did for me ages ago. Today, unfortunately, I was offended by his office staff when I called and requested that I would much appreciate if he contacted me directly to inquire on the detail...s of the status that was granted to my mother so that I may have assistance in attaining benefits for her. His receptionist (Stephanie), was rude, and disrespectful, and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain to her the reason for my call. She even said "You sound annoyed", which I found highly disprespectful considering that she repetedly interrupted me as I tried to speak. A few minuets after getting off the phone with her, I was contacted by Lisa. I expressed my dissatisfaction and awe with the lack of professionalism with Stephanie. Lisa served a bit more helpful, and a little more polite, however, once she found out that I was not looking for a consultation, I was merely inquiring about the meaning of the status of my mother's case, she was quick to get me off the phone. This is disappointing and I am disappointed in the lack of assistance, especially as a former client. I will not ever recommend this firm to anyone because I actually believe in a thing called compassion and character.
