I am a physician and in 2012 I asked about Green card application process atleast 3-4 times and she said I can not file for green card due to being on J 1 Waiver job, and she never filed for my i 140. I spoke with another physician and he told me that his attorney filed for his I 140 and I spoke with... Elahe Najfabadi and her reply was she meant I could not file for I 485 . Someone tell this attorney, how can I ever file for I 485 unless she file for my I 140 and get me in to queue. I am from India and we have long wait period of decades. I wish if I had an attorney who knew his/her job, I would have received green card in 2021 with PD of 2012 but now my PD is 2014 and I may have ot wait for decades. For me to have her represent my gree card application was the worst accident of my life. She is horrible and she had no regret of how her incompetence can affect someones whole life.
