I previously lived in California . I received physical custody of my son via a dependency court in San Diego in conjunction with moving to to Texas . I currently live in Texas. My son’s mother filed a case in LA county during the same time when I filed to register the case in my home county. My attor...ney in Texas and multiple attorneys I consulted were not sure how to handle the case . After consulting with Devin, I hired him to handle the matter in LA county after he throughly explained the law and how he would handle the matter . I have never had an attorney that was so responsive and explained every detail of the law and how it applied to the case. Fortunately, I was able to come to an agreement with my sons mother prior to actually having to go to court and we agreed to have the case dismissed . Had we gone to court I had complete confidence in Devin. I highly recommend him.

I was working in L.A. when I received a call from an attorney which informed me that my wife was seeking a divorce, would retain our children, and would work to bar me from associating with them. I was devastated. We had been living in Israel, and I had come back to the U.S. for work. The wife and ki...ds were to follow. I received a call everyday from the kids counting down the days until we were all united. Four days before they were to fly back to the U.S., I was informed through an email by my wife that they would not be returning. My wife was staying overseas basically sequestering the children. I was elated. I flew to Israel and was reunited with my children. Ironically, my wife now seemed to have changed her mind, and we worked out a reconciliation.
