Tuve un caso con ellos ya casi va para un Año me codraron $230 para la vida U nunca fueron buenos para llamarme siempre era yo quien llamava siempre era todo esta bien nunca resive una resivo de migracion o nada me dieron sospechas y consulte con otro abogado que si me alludo llame muchas veses ...para poder ablar con Enrique y fue muy grocero y me ablo en ingles cuando save que no lo ablo y me colgo able con mi esposa para que ella ablara porque ella si abla ingles y Steve la insulto y grito por telefono la trato como basura como su el no afuera un homdre nunca sela trata a una dama asi me dijo por telefono que no savia si yo iva a resivir mi dinero para atras son unos ladrones y mentirosos por favor no confuen en esta jente

I hired Sergio 3 years ago to represent my wife and I in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. He assured us both he was he most skilled attorney in Los Angeles and that he had personally trained all of the employees that work for the Trustee's Office. In his words "No Worries, we know everyone and they will appr...ove our list of your monthly expenses. You will be paying your debtors back less than $200 p/month, your lifestyle will not change at all". Well that all changed with my first appearance in front of the Trustee. He sent some incompetent trainee to represent me. This person came into a room with my name written on a paper plate, talk about low class and demeaning. So I'm talking with this gentleman (attorney) asking questions about my case and cannot get an answer, he knows absolutely nothing about me, my situation or anything. He says he is just there to take the paperwork back to Sergio's office.Turns out the paperwork this guy has is incorrect, I was charged too much money, etc, etc, etc. This whole bankruptcy thing is not turning out too good so far. After leaving multiple messages for Sergio and calling dozens of times I finally get a return call from his office manager Jonathan. He assures me this will never happen again and that Sergio would personally handle my case. Not sure what was worse, when Sergio now goes back to court he gets my monthly payment set at $1,475 per month, not the $200 he assured me would happen. So I pay him more money to go back and fight this, guess what, it gets worse, now they are charging me $1,725 per month. He tells me he can do nothing more for me and that no other attorney could have done better. I cannot spend any more time on your case! So I start making some calls to other attorneys in the area, it turns out Mr Siderman has quite a reputation in the local BK courts and with the Trustee's Office. When I called the Trustee directly (something he told me not to do) they said my attorney was being disciplined and to go find another one. I couldn't believe it, he made them out to be the problem, and they actually helped me. I now have a competent attorney who lowered my payment to $700 per month, which is exactly what they said they would do. Two words of wisdom regarding Sergio Siderman STAY AWAY !!!!

I hired Mr. Siderman to handle my bankruptcy. I paid him over $4500. He did such a poor job of handling my bankruptcy that the trustee suggested that I file a complaint with the trustees' office. To call his staff inept would have been kind. He promised to handle my loan modification and all that was... done was that some papers were started three times and finally filed but the bank can find no record of the paperwork. I have to redu the whole procedure. I could have done the whole thing myself and had less problems. Instead of owning up to his staff's poor performance, Mr. Siderman tried to place the blame on me.

2012 was an awful year. I was afraid to answer my phone because every other call came from a debt collection office. Choosing to file for bankruptcy was a very difficult decision, but I am so thankful for Sergio's expertise and advice which helped me make that choice. I am now able to move forward in... my life, get rid of the shame, and can answer my phone again!
