Run from this place!! They do not care about your time, they don’t care about your case and they lie! Today they lied to us saying that we needed to go redeem our deposit by going in person to cancel our case because we had already cancelled via phone. They had us waiting 2 hours!!! What a ...sign of disrespect for others time and unprofessionalism. And then turns out the meeting was to convince us to stay and that they weren’t sure they could give us the deposit back. It doesn’t have to be this way which why I advise you don’t consult this office. We interviewed with 3 other attorneys and at all 3 we spoke directly to the attorney when at this office we never even saw Sergio!! We found a lawyer that actually cares about our case and charges three times more but he literally answers in less than hour and has explained the process step by step unlike this office who never ever told us exactly what was happening. Then they had the audacity to say that our other lawyer only had advanced our case because of the work they did. LIES. We confirmed this with all the other lawyers we interviewed with because they told us FOIAs we no longer taking as long as they had during the beginning of COVID because that’s the lie Sergio office always told us. Also it was always such a difficult task having to call the office to ask about your case. They would literally hang up on us and everyone that answered was rude. They would transfer our calls and no one would ever answer. And the response was always the same that it was slow because of COVID. I thought that that’s how all the lawyer green card experiences were but I was WRONG. This office is terrible I regret not cancelling sooner and starting my process with our current lawyer who responds immediately, is empathetic about our case and answers al our questions.

I hired Siderman to represent my kid who was in trouble and in danger of being deported. Upon taking the consultation, he almost didn't take our case!! He prides himself on integrity and ethics and would not take us if we had a criminal background not congruent with good citizenship. He advised t...hat some attorneys would take any case but the good ones fight for these who are good citizens. We were able to resolve our matter using Sergio and love the fact that he stands on the highest moral ground possible when advocating for clients!! THANK YOU

After many consults with many lawyers, I had experiences that jaded me. I'm older so I can't play games with my citizenship status. My family needs me so I can't take chances. Sergio understood that. My previous immigration attorney swept me under the rug after collecting thousands in fees. Se...rgio only charged me for the work he did and I even had the option of payments. When it came time to execute thats exactly what he did. I first got my background check, then got my petitions and filings then got all the hearings done. I don't know the legal terms but thats the process. Why can't other lawyers be this nice?

In 2019 I needed a work permit and then a student Visa. I was studying abroad and decided to continue my education and occupation in America. Coming from South America this wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. The pandemic slowed things down but I consulted with Sergio late in 2019 and he ha...d the ball rolling immediately. His paralegals constantly updated me on the process and were fully transparent. In 2020, the world closed so we were delayed. I waited patiently and Sergio and his team even offered to defer payment until we resumed. It was only a few months that passed when we were able to resume and it went fast after that. I was able to resume school even though it was online and to live in the US while I worked and studied. Well now I have finished school and am on my pathway to full citizenship thanks to the hard work and persistence of this great attorney and his crew. I love the work ethic and can't wait to see him again in his office. He's opening new locations everywhere so I know he's doing great things.
