Sergio Jose Siderman

I was in dire need of a work permit and needed it rather quickly, as my time here was about to expire. I wasn't sure who to turn to, so a friend referred me to a couple of lawyers and I researched and check them all out. Sergio was the third of four lawyers that I talk to. He was very easy to talk to..., was honest about his fee and his process. I was successively able to obtain all of the documents required for my work permit, and he even worked with me on my payments. I could afford his work, and it was top notch.

In 2019 I needed a work permit and then a student Visa. I was studying abroad and decided to continue my education and occupation in America. Coming from South America this wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. The pandemic slowed things down but I consulted with Sergio late in 2019 and he ha...d the ball rolling immediately. His paralegals constantly updated me on the process and were fully transparent. In 2020, the world closed so we were delayed. I waited patiently and Sergio and his team even offered to defer payment until we resumed. It was only a few months that passed when we were able to resume and it went fast after that. I was able to resume school even though it was online and to live in the US while I worked and studied. Well now I have finished school and am on my pathway to full citizenship thanks to the hard work and persistence of this great attorney and his crew. I love the work ethic and can't wait to see him again in his office. He's opening new locations everywhere so I know he's doing great things.

Hired Sergio to get my work permit in 2020. He got it done in a timely manner and without deception. I don't trust many lawyers and he was charming so it eased my anxiety. I was expecting the process to take longer since covid has everything backlogged but he fought through that. His best chara...cteristic is his tenacity. He ate obstacles for lunch. There was a hangup in my process due to my background and he helped me expedite that by addressing my background check. I spent my entire life savings when I hired Sergio and it was the best investment I have ever made. Investing in ME. He saw that and went above and beyond his duties. I plan to return to his office when it opens in Miami so I can say hi again. He has changed so many lives, including mine.

Me prometieron que me podían ayudar agarrar un permiso de trabajo y nadamas me robaron $1500 dolares,, diciéndome que me tenia que esperar cuando u viera una forma más segura para mi tramite y me cobraron $1500 que con mucho esfuerzo gano ese dinero la verdad ...no estoy como ellos dentro de oficina ...con aire acondicionado y Robando jente...la verdad no se dejen engañar nomas con promesas falsas...pidieron mis follas y cuando la tuvieron listas me llamaron que fuera ,nomas pa decirme que estaba todo bien y no tenia ningún antecedente...pero que mejor me esperarara cuando uviera algo mejor...la verdad no los recomiendo

DO NOT GO HERE ....We have been with this office of Sergio for over a year we paid everything they have asked. When we try to get information of our case we get nothing. Different phone number, different people, different Emails & nothing We paid everything. I feel this office takes on way to many c...ase for money then they can't handle it there all about money. It's very sad that people are really try to make a life and get papers and offices like this take advantage..... NO VAYAS AQUÍ....Llevamos más de un año con esta oficina de Sergio, pagamos todo lo que han pedido. Cuando tratamos de obtener información de nuestro caso no obtenemos nada. Número de teléfono diferente, personas diferentes, correos electrónicos diferentes y nada. Pagamos todo. Siento que esta oficina toma muchos casos por dinero y luego no pueden manejarlo todo por dinero. Es muy triste que la gente realmente trate de ganarse la vida y sacar papeles y oficinas como esta se aprovechen.
