Prior to selecting Joe as my attorney I must have interviewed with close to 6 other attorneys and once I met with Joe I immediately knew that I wanted him as my representation. I could tell that he genuinely cares for all his clients and it was evident by the quality time he dedicated to get to know... me as well as my case. God forbids one ever becomes a felony defendant, but like they say anything is possible. I tell you my case was very serious and complex, very explosive at the beginning with the DA and cops thinking they had a sure case until Joe came in and won it in a slam dunk fashion. He engages the jury very well and you can tell they love to see him in action. Jurors love him to the extent some were asking me for his number outside the courtroom after my unanimous 12-0 acquittal. And like I said earlier I went through different lawyers before another good layer brought in Joe so I clearly saw and know the difference. My family and I are so grateful to Joe.

Joseph Gutierrez is a genius in and out of the courtroom. Mr. Gutierrez came to visit my son who was incarcerated on Sundays, holidays, and took my calls at all hours of the day. He is a kind, compassionate, and thoughtful human being as well as an amazing attorney. He was diligent, argued every moti...on possible and cross examined witnesses on every last detail. Joseph won dismissals in all six of my cases. The latest was the most challenging, made up of a Police Permit Review panel known to typically side with the City Attorney's Office and Los Angeles Police Department - a hearing in which you are definitely not expected to win.
