We met and from the outset I felt we was definitely the lawyer for me. He came across sincere, honest, personable; he believed in my case and showed he cared. At the preliminary he mad...e very good arguments that would influence the procedures later on. The trial judge refused to honor our request for dismissal but Joe went right to work and we filed with the Appellate Court. Joe did his legal research and presented very good arguments. The result was that the appellate court ruled in our favor. The DA was not happy and requested that the CA. Supreme Court de-publish the results. The Supreme Court looked at our case; they denied the DA’s request and ruled in our favor. The case will set future president, all because Joe would not give up and believed in my innocence and how important our case was. My case will be dismissed because of Joe’s work.

God forbids one ever becomes a felony defendant, but like they say anything is possible.
