My sister was arrested with a very serious charge. Mr. Gutierrez was recommended to us by one of his colleagues because of his extensive experience with difficult cases .He almost immediately took a personal interest in my sister’s case and her family. He knew she was being treated unfairly and took... on the mission of defending her. He made very regular visits to my sister when she was being held in jail. My sister received a much fairer/ smaller sentence than what the other side had demanded. My family will be ever grateful for this man’s determination and careful preparation.

Prior to selecting Joe as my attorney I must have interviewed with close to 6 other attorneys and once I met with Joe I immediately knew that I wanted him as my representation. God forbids one ever becomes a felony defendant, but like they say anything is possible. He engages the jury very well and you can tell they love to see him in action. Jurors love him to the extent some were asking me for his number outside the courtroom after my unanimous 12-0 acquittal. And like I said earlier I went through different lawyers before another good layer brought in Joe so I clearly saw and know the difference. My family and I are so grateful to Joe.

Joseph Gutierrez is a genius in and out of the courtroom. Mr. Gutierrez came to visit my son who was incarcerated on Sundays, holidays, and took my calls at all hours of the day.
