Quick to clear everything up

I was unsure about whether I could file a claim after my accident, but my lawyer was quick to clear everything up and help me understand my right to sue. Thank you for providing me with the guidance that I needed to pursue my claim.

Best attorney in town.

I knew Farid was the right attorney for me when he broke down everything about the car accident claim I brought him, from explaining the law of negligence to telling me how expert witnesses will have a part in the evidence presentation. That level of detail is what sets him apart from other lawyers.

Irresponsible and selfish human being before a lawyer

Farid Yaghoubtil is a prime example of a 21st centry attorney who is in the business of practicing law more for the profit of his firm rather than to serve the individual clients with sincerity. Is is customary of him to ignore your request to speak to him. My emails were never answered during my cas...e was ongoing and the law firm neglected their responsibility to update me on the case. After he signed me up under his law firm, he has contacted me less than two times over the 1 year and 6 months period to give me proper updates on the case. He did not care to advise me before, during, or after I signed the claim release letter. I would not recommend this attorney if you want an attorney who actually cares about the best outcome of your case rather than the best financial outcome for himself and the firm.

And the absolute professional

I don’t think there’s any reason to go to another slip and fall attorney than Farid. He’s simply the best in every regard, he’s very open and communicative, and he really fights hard for his clients.

Excellent Dan and his team.

On my way out of a concert, I slipped and fell because the rug was kicked off to the side and curled up, so the floor underneath was wet and exposed. I felt my leg go out from under me and wound up with a sprained ankle and partially torn meniscus. The sudden pain was excruciating and I was not expec...ting it at all. The usher tried to rush me out of the venue but I was adamant about my friend taking pictures. I got the evidence I needed and went to the emergency room. They said I likely needed surgery but they’d try to help with physical therapy first. I didn’t want to pay for either especially because the concert venue was supposed to make sure we were all safe. I reached out to Dan at the Downtown LA Law Group and he was immediately able to make a difference in my case. I was having trouble getting evidence and communicating with the venue’s insurance agent but Dan got him on the line without waiting at all. By the time the claim was settled I had the medical bills paid off and pain and suffering damages coming my way. It was all thanks to Dan and his team.
