Back to 2009, I was using Mr. Gross for my H1B visa. I could never find him, no update on my status. When I made an appointment with him, another lawyer or an assistant would see me. During all the visits, I probably met him twice that was the first time I met him and the 2nd time I paid him.... La...st year I visited 2 different lawyers for my H1B and discussed my case with them and showed them the denial letter. Both of them told me the same information that my previous lawyer ( Gross) didn't do a good job, the paper work was not strong enough to prove my ability for my position , all the statements were very vague. Recently I am helping my friends to search for lawyers and found this website, decided to leave a review. Hope there is no more victim like me.
