Biography
I began my legal career as an immigration attorney with the Law Offices of Diana M. Bailey and later became a partner in the firm Bailey & Alfaro, Immigration Attorneys. I practice only Immigration Law and have litigated in many areas of Immigration Law such as cancellation of removal, immigration waivers, asylum, withholding of removal, the Convention Against Torture, derived citizenship and appeals. I also assists clients with criminal matters as they pertain to Immigration.

I along with my legal team strive to provide our clients with innovative and progressive legal counsel in all areas of Immigration Law. My primary goal is to render ethical and moral legal asistance to the immigrant community hoping to fulfill the America Dream.
I have been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California the United States District court for the Central District of California, the 5th and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
