My dad was diagnostic with lung cancer. He wanted to file bankruptcy before leaving this life. He wanted to feel relief from the debts. We hired this attorney office; we paid off all the fees within two months. The bankruptcy was finally going to be filed 6 months after we paid all fees. At tha...t time it was too late because my dad passed away. I called the office to ask for refund since nothing was filed accordingly. I got a NO because according to them they did work on the case. Besides this office every time we called in, they will say, we will let you know once your case is next. They knew my dad's situation. If we paid all fees right away it was because we wanted it to be done. The secretary Gloria even laughed when I advised them that my dad passed away and we wanted the refund since we needed it for the burial. I will not wish this experience to anyone. This office is not professional at all.

I went into a hourly rental office for a free consultation where I was told I qualified for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. I paid all fees and received a package of documents to complete with instructions to complete the paperwork and await word from the attorney on where I could take the required Bankruptcy ...Course and Means Test. Long story short I make too much money to file Bankruptcy. I determined that prior to the law office providing course information by going on line to OC Court. In my consultation they knew my income. Now they will not refund me. Bad faith. Others made same claim on Yelp, should have researched prior to free consultation.
