Great attorney

I first met Amy during a stressful time of my life, I was going through removal proceedings and in desperate need of legal help. Her team and her knowledge made me feel at ease knowing I had the best to guide me and fight for me to stay in this country. Hiring her law firm was by far the best decisio...n I’ve ever done in my life. I hired many attorneys before, that only took my money and didn’t kept me informed of my case, or return any phone calls. Amy and her team were always keeping me informed and were very professional at all times. My case was sensitive and complicated, I visited 4 other attorneys before coming to Amy and I had no chance of fixing my situation. Thank you so much Amy I will forever be thankful to you and your amazing team for changing our lives.

When Other Attorneys Said NO, Amy Prokop-Lenhert Said YES. And She Delivered!

My case was a complex and difficult one. My permanent status had been rescinded. I had asked for a hearing in Immigration Court and lost. I appealed the decision to the Bureau of Immigration Appeal and was rejected. I found myself in a situation where I would be permanently banned from ever be ab...le to re-gain permanent residence status.. So for the last 20 years I have presented my case to several attorneys to see if anyone could offer a solution. Every one I talked to said any of the following: I was permanently barred, there is no way I could win, the government will never agree to reinstate my status. Attorneys who claim expertise and success winning difficult cases would say my case had no chance. One did take my money and in the end said that I am better off not pursuing it. They all felt, given the reason my status was rescinded, that I would not be able to overcome extremely high bar for the I-601 approval needed to gain back permanent residence status.. Then l I found Amy Prokop- Lenhert at the Shusterman Law Office. I was searching for an attorney who is experienced handling Petitions for Waiver of Inadmissibility. I read the reviews of Amy’s former clients and made an appointment. Amy reviewed the facts of my case and thought there was a possible relief. She explained how the relief would work and her strategy. At that meeting I could feel Amy’s confidence that she can win my case. From there, we got to work putting together supporting documentation. This took about 3 months and I got feedback along the way. She reviewed all documents I submitted before she finalized my application. Then in March of 2015, we filed the paperwork. 10 months later, I got my green card back! The feeling, as the commercial says, was priceless! I did not even have to go through an interview with DHS which I was dreading! This is a testament to Amy’s expertise and dedication, her painstaking preparation and attention to detail in taking care of her clients.
