I have been with John for 8 years he has been the most responsive knowledgeable and truth-full laywer. My marriage did not work out and everything was against me getting my green card. I thought I was to have to leave the US and I told him I did not want to file and wanted to give up. He really took ...his time over multiple conversations to convince me not to. I almost made a huge mistake but he convinced me otherwise and helped me with a payment plan that was very trustworthy of him. He trusted me and I’m thankful for trusting him as I now am a dual citizen and very thankful to have so many freedoms.

I hired John Craig back in January 2016 . I explained my whole situation to him and he told me that my case will take about 1 year . so I did trust him since he was nice in the first day and gave him a down payment and started to make payment with him every month . I had to go through immigration cou...rt in my case . I filled out all the documents necessary to start the process for my green card . After few months I started to check with him regarding my I-130 and he kept telling me to wait that was his best answer always is to wait so I did the waiting but after awhile I started getting concerned because time was passing and I didn’t have no answers and he was getting paid every month without any results so I started calling uscis and going to the building in downtown to ask about my case but that didn’t help either because they were telling me to check with my lawyer . After 1 year passed I got my first interview for my I-130 and after the interview I never heard of them again which was not normal . I start to check with John about that and all he could tell me is to wait I did enough waiting and after almost 2 years without getting my I-130 approved I decided to fire this guy and get new lawyer who can speak up for my case and stand the ground for me . Nothing was done with him it was horrible experience I will never forget . I wasted my time and my money Without any results . I had to share my story because I don’t want someone else to experience what I went through with this lawyer . DO NOT HIRE if you are going though immigration court you will lose your time and money . I couldn’t tell all my story because there is lot of other details and mistakes that were made in my case from this lawyer . I tried my best to summarize it in few lines so people can have an idea about this guy and think twice before they hire him .

I still truly appreciate his big help!! He always gave me contacts, replies within 24 hours when I was in trouble. He always encouraged me with his passionate messages. I truly hope that all lawyers in the U.S.A have to follow his personality!! I wish all of them could be like him. If you are in trou...ble as immigrants, you have to contact him. You don’t need to compare other attorneys. I truly think that all matters disappear from this nice country if he can handle all practices. Again, all attorneys in the U.S.A, please follow him and his personality. I want to put 100 stars for him. I truly truly appreciate you, Mr. Craig!! You are the hope for all immigrants. I strongly recommend him to everyone because I can trust him as a person, as a man!!

John's been my attorney for the GC through family process, and he's guided me every step of the way. He responds to phone calls and emails the same day. Very realistic, helpful, worth every penny. I had a particularly complicated case with criminal issues as well, and he handled everything profession...ally. I have my green card today and will definitely be going back to him to remove the conditions and later for citizenship as well. Really good attorney, highly recommend him.
