Adjustment of Status

The adjustment of status process seemed overwhelming, but this firm made it easy. Every step was clearly explained, and they responded quickly to all my concerns

Temp Visa while processing Green Card

Henry and his firm were excellent. They not only helped us get a green card through consular processing faster than we expected—what was estimated to take 14 months only took 10—but they also helped me get a temporary visa so I could travel back and forth to the U.S. with my husband while the green c...ard process was still ongoing. Their communication and guidance were great from start to finish. And my husband, John, really liked Henry because he’s a fellow veteran. I highly recommend them!

Flat Fee - Smooth Operator

Great communicator and very responsive. Henry explained everything everything we wanted to know and always got back to us, often the same day. He didn't mind answering all my wife's questions, and there were many. And unlike some other attorneys, he didn't charge us anything extra for emailing or cal...ls. It was really a flat fee and everything went smooth.

Serving the military

Henry really treats military families right. Great price for me and my family, almost half of what another guy wanted to charge, including a payment plan. Helped us with parole in place and green card. And he is a veteran.+++

Super Fast and Easy

Got my citizenship within 3 months of hiring the attorney, even though it was supposed to take about 8 months according to the USCIS website. Super smooth process, and friendly guy. Even gave me a short prep session for the interview. Totally worth it!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
