MPIP - quick and easy

Henry was a godsend for our family. He really understands Military Parole in Place (MPIP): they mapped out every step, answered questions quickly, and moved everything along fast. Communication quick, and there were no surprises on fees or process. If you’re a service member and need help with MPIP, ...you’ll be in excellent hands here.

Military Parole and Green Card

I’m active duty in the U.S. Navy, and my wife entered the country without inspection years ago. I had no idea there was a way for her to adjust status without having to leave the U.S. A, and that’s when I found this attorney. From the very first consultation, he explained the process in a way that ma...de sense and gave us a clear roadmap. What really stood out to me was that he knew military life—he’s a veteran himself—so he understood the urgency and the stress this situation was causing my family. He was patient with our questions, responsive with emails, and extremely organized. He prepared everything thoroughly, from the MPIP application to the green card packet. We were nervous, but he kept us informed every step of the way.

A straight forward and honest consultation.

I scheduled a consultation because I was selected for the Diversity Visa (DV) lottery and wasn’t sure what to do next. The wo other lawyers I spoke to made it sound like I absolutely had to hire an attorney, quoting me thousands of dollars. But when I spoke with this attorney, his response was comple...tely different—he told me straight up that based on my specific situation I may not need a lawyer for my case and gave me some pointers. What really stood out was that, despite telling me I didn’t need legal help, he also said that if I ever changed my mind or felt overwhelmed, he’d be happy to work with me. No pressure, no sales pitch—just honesty and real advice. That’s the kind of integrity you rarely find in a lawyer. If I ever need one, I won’t even consider looking anywhere else.

Adjustment of Status - Fair treatment

I tried to complete the process on my own based on what I read on the internet. I got denied and had not idea how to respond. The attorney took over my case, helped me gather the right evidence, completed forms that I didn't even know about and my case was approved just a few weeks later. He could ha...ve taken advantage of me because my visa already ended, but the pricing was more than fair. He know what he is doing and is fair!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
